Payment for our services is due as outlined in the project agreement. Typically, we require an initial deposit before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery of the final product. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Failure to pay may result in legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel a project, any deposit may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of production reached. Cancellations made after the commencement of production may be subject to additional fees to cover the costs incurred. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Aurora Video Productions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

We strive to provide high-quality video production services, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental regulations.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Mountain View, California. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Clients are also responsible for securing all necessary permissions and releases for any copyrighted material included in the video project.

Aurora Video Productions agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client in connection with the video project. However, we may showcase the completed video on our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Aurora Video Productions may terminate this agreement if the client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying for any services provided up to the date of termination.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurora Video Productions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
